A born-again Christian friend of mine said to me that he is going with the phrase ‘conservative progressive’ to make the distinction that he isn’t just ‘moderate’. As for me, I’m going with ‘traditional’ all the way through — for only in my true and proper understanding of tradition will I be truly ‘moderate’.
